The Highway 26 mile 2 to Columbia River portion of Sand Hollow Creek is suited for kayak paddlers who have been kayak paddling for some time but who are       not yet set for the incredibly perilous rapids. You must check the latest conditions before heading out; kayak paddling may become perilous. A round of golf at nearby Desert Aire Golf Course is a wonderful way to kill some time; the   great folks of Vantage like to hang out close by. These mountains rock, just look at all the enjoyable stuff to do in the Wenatchee Mountains. While staying at Vantage KOA Kampground you could always discover Schnebly Coulee, and Quincy Golf Club is a fine golf course close by. This is a great campground.
