Thousand Trails, Washington   Thousand Trails is a campground that is extremely liked by the people in La Conner. Coming to this campground is always a great idea. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Pilchuck Creek, and Lake Chelan National Recreation Area is a very great location to take a look at. A visit to Washington is not complete without some camping. Lots of people choose this campground for the purpose of being near Saddlebag Island State Park. The amount of rainfall that falls at Thousand Trails is close to the national average;     December is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month of the year is July. Turners Bay is in the vicinity of Thousand Trails and is a wonderful site to explore, and there are some glorious whitewater spots on Whatcom Creek. There's so many things to do at Thousand Trails including whitewater paddling, swimming, playing golf, and fishing, so probably you want to stick around. The good variety of local attractions and all the outdoors recreation will make you pleased you came. A glorious spot like Bay View State Park in close proximity to Thousand Trails is too splendid to leave out, and don't miss out on a visit to North Cascades National Park if you're here. A golf course in the neighborhood of Thousand Trails is Similk Beach Golf Course; don't   leave without visiting Saddlebag Island State Park. Get your camping stuff packed and start your engine; Thousand Trails in Washington is a glorious pick. The personnel who's always there to be of assistance and the perfectly looked after facilities attract people from all over. A gorgeous lake like Whistle Lake close to Thousand Trails is a magnificent location to take a look at; lots of folks from La Conner come here. Summer brings highs in the 60's to Thousand Trails.
