| folks from Carnation here. Summertime highs at Tall Chief Resort generally tend to be in the 70's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 40's while Tall Chief Resort nighttime low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 30's. There are swamps here too; Stickney Slough is close at hand, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Tolt River.
