We arrived after dark, owner met us as we drove up to show us where to go and helped us hook up our RV. The store has everything you need and the restuarant was bright and clean, great food. The pool was very clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The recreation in the area is plentiful. Hwy 410 from Enumclaw over Chinook pass has amazing views of the top of Mt. Rainier! Says Tammy Wall The Frost Mountain Lookout Trail is a splendid hiking trail in close proximity to Squaw Rock Resort and RV Park; if you like skiing, you're in luck; White Pass is quite   near. This is a popular place for folks from Thorp, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Rock Creek. This campground is a great place to check out. Whitewater paddling is nice on Naches River, and a spree to Iron Horse State Park revives the soul. All year is a great time in the Northern Cascade Range if you adore the outdoors. If the weather is wonderful here at Squaw Rock Resort and RV Park, you can go for a hike along the Kaner Flat Trail, and Lake Easton State Park is a splendid site to go. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool things close to Squaw Rock Resort and RV Park. A lake close by is Devils Slide Lake; going for a hike along the Keenan Meadows Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. Coming to this campground is always a great idea. Get covered with water paddling on Tieton River; close by you find the Quartz Creek Trail which is a wonderful hiking trail. Squaw Rock Resort and RV Park usually gets lots of precipitation; January is the month that gets the most snow; July on the other hand is the driest. High temperatures at Squaw Rock Resort and RV Park throughout the summertime months are in the 60's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 40's. Highs throughout the winter are usually in the 20's while Squaw Rock Resort and RV Park overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool things in the Northern Cascade Range. If you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Rattlesnake Creek - Naches Tributary; going for a hike on the Fishhook Flats Trail is always a great adventure.
