Mill Creek is a wonderful stream that is worth a visit; hiking along the Finney Peak Trail is perfect fun. So many enjoyable things to do in the Northern Cascade Range, not enough time. Very charming scenery and magnificent skiing is what you get at Mt.Baker. This campground is so picturesque. Paddling on Finney Creek is so much fun, and this is a popular location for folks from Concrete. The high level of precipitation makes Skagit River woods a rather wet place; November is when you get the most rain here, and July meanwhile |
is the driest month. Throughout the summer, highs generally are in the 70's at Skagit River woods while night lows are generally in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 40's; nighttime lows in the 30's for Skagit River woods. Soar down the rapids of Day
| Creek in a kayak, and Skagit River woods is right by the Gee Point Trail. This site, the Northern Cascade Range, has so much outdoors enjoyable things. Visiting Lake Chelan National Recreation Area is just something you need to do if you haven't yet, and a spree to Rockport State Park is a pleasant idea. Man, is there lots of fun things to do in the neighborhood of Skagit River woods. Get covered with water paddling on Deer Creek, and a trip to North Cascades National Park is recommended. | |
