Rainbow Cove, Washington   Rainbow Cove is a very well esteemed campground by the folks in Toledo. There are other locations here than Rainbow Cove, for example Conradi Lake, and Seaquest State Park is a good site to go. The friendly staff and the large amount of amusing stuff to do have     scores of people coming here. Yep, outdoors cool stuff to do are really plentiful here at Rainbow Cove. Skook Creek is right next door to Rainbow Cove and is always a delight to explore. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Rainbow Cove with overnight lows in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's; overnight lows at Rainbow Cove during the wintertime regularly dip into the 30's. This campground is always a pleasure. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Toutle River - North Fork; you're sure to bump into some great folks from Toledo here. If you come at the right time of year, Toutle River offers some magnificent whitewater; a spree to Layton Prairie rejuvenates the spirit. This segment of Washington is always a diversion to pop by throughout camping   season. All the fine local attractions around here and such a fine variety of outdoors recreation are certain to keep you coming back time and again. There are some great whitewater spots on Cowlitz River, and don't leave without visiting Ike Kinswa State Park. All the water falling down from the sky makes Rainbow Cove a wet place; December is when you get the most rain here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
