Loads of people stay at this campground for the purpose of being right next door to Riverside State Park. Man, is there a lot of enjoyable stuff to do in the neighborhood of Ponderosa Hill RV Park. At Ponderosa Hill RV Park you always meet someone from Spokane, and Sun Dance Golf Course is a pleasant golf course nearby.

You can run the rapids of Hangman Creek in close proximity to Ponderosa Hill RV Park, and places like Riverside State Park are great to go to. Places like Manito Park are good to stop at, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Hangman Creek.
