Cathedral Driveway is a pretty nearby backcountry trail; it has an altitude variation of 1,569 feet and is 9.6 miles from beginning to end. A good one and a half days of hard trekking is in store for you   along the Cathedral Driveway. Hiking along the Bluff Lake Trail is good fun, and Wright Ponds-West Pond Dam is a striking place, without doubt worth taking a look at. And if that's not sufficient there's plenty more amusing things to do in the Northern Cascade Range.
