Pacific Beach State Park gets lots of water; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is July. If you want to pop by some exciting stuff, pop by Yellow Bluff, and soar down the rapids of Matheny Creek in a kayak. I can't stop, cause I'm   havin' a great time here at Pacific Beach State Park. Paddling on Clearwater River is so much fun. Salmon River has a delightful whitewater paddling spot close by; while you're here, you could also go to charming Lang Lake. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Pacific Beach State Park. Summer night lows drop down to the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's; winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Pacific Beach State Park. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Olympic Mountains.
