| | This is a great campground. Paddling on Priest River is so much fun. At Old American Kampground fun stuff to do is abundant; spending time at this campground is exceptionally enjoyable. In case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Priest River, and don't leave Old American Kampground without first going for a hike along the Hanna Flast Nature Trail.
Old American Kampground is a very popular old favorite campground among residents of Oldtown. Willy-O Lake Dam is an exciting thing to check out, and you'll |
never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Mt. Spokane since you're here. A campground like this is too great to miss. Spokane River has a good whitewater paddling spot close by, and Kaniksu National Forest is a great place to stretch your legs a bit.

| stuff to do here at Old American Kampground, too brilliant to be true. Old American Kampground is next to Mount Spokane State Park which is a lovely site; while you're here, you could also check out beautiful Willy-O Lake. All the fine local attractions in the neighborhood and all the outdoors recreation will certainly have you coming back many times.

for a hike on the Chipmunk Rapids National Recreation Trail.
Old American Kampground gets a typical amount of annual rain; December is the wettest month with most snow, and July on the other hand is the driest. Washington is a perfect spot for campers. The personnel of this
perfect campground and a great variety of entertaining stuff have folks coming here.
There's such a vast number of things to do at Old American Kampground including fishing, whitewater paddling, swimming, and hiking, so you won’t run out of things to do.
During the summer
months, highs typically are in the 80's at Old American Kampground, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. For the duration of the winter the highs are commonly in the 30's while Old American Kampground nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's. Lots of folks camp here through their visit to Mount Spokane State Park.
