time. Take a side journey to Surrey Creek, and a nice place for whitewater paddling is Cispus River. There are so many fun things near North Fork Elk Group; when you spend some time here you will feel like another person. North Fork Elk Group in fact is in the middle of a beautiful
outdoors paradise. If time allows, Mount Rainier National Park is a national park worth stopping at; you can go for a hike on the Silver Creek Trail. Going to Gifford Pinchot National Forest near North Fork Elk Group is a fine thing to do. There's some out of the ordinary stuff to see at Stud Log Pond Dam near North Fork Elk Group, and there are good locations to explore along the Purcell Mountain Trail.
