A visit to Washington is not complete without some camping. For the period of the days of summer

There's no way someone can get bored here in the Olympic Mountains. Hiking along the North Fork Soleduck River Trail is splendid fun, and the nice people of Port Angeles like to hang out close by. So much exciting stuff in the neighborhood of Lyre River Park, simply phenomenal. Lake Crescent is a nearby lake that you could check out, and you can have a fine hiking adventure along the Lovers Lane. Lyre River Park is a pretty wet place mostly with a lot of rainfall; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain; July is when it's the driest.
