John B. Yeon State Park is a beautiful site any time of year, and whitewater paddling is nice on Rock Creek - Columbia River Tributary. Some activities here at Lewis and Clark RV Park are hiking, playing golf, fishing, swimming, and whitewater paddling, so it's totally impossible to get bored.
Throughout the warm days of summer at Lewis and Clark RV Park temperatures are usually in the 70's; the overnight is rather cooler of course, commonly in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and overnight lows in the 30's for Lewis and Clark RV Park. If you want a good time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Northern Cascade Range. Lewis and Clark RV Park is right by the Tanner Cutoff Trail; Beacon Rock State Park is a good site to go to.
All the water falling down from the sky makes Lewis and Clark RV Park a wet spot; the month with most of the rain is December, and the driest of the months is July. But wait, there's more to do near Lewis and Clark RV Park. Really pleasant skiing awaits you at Mt. Hood Ski Bowl. The personnel of this good campground and all the brilliant passtime activities are motive enough to come here.
While you're here at Lewis and Clark RV Park you will meet lots of people from nearby North Bonneville, and a lake close by is Carpenters Lake.
