Jack's Resort, Washington   Oct 5,6,7.2007 Wow what a great w/e. Haven't been to Jack's Resort on Jameson Lake in years, but will make it at least twice a year from here on. The new owner and apparently a crew of regulares have fixed the place up to a quality resort. Super friendly folks, good service and great food. Oh, and the fishin wasn't bad either. Would have been better but Fish And Wildlife decided to plant a bazzzzzillon fry and the big guys I was after were on the bottom burping. So much entertaining stuff near Jack's Resort; if you're trying to locate a delightful place to go for a camping trip, this is a great pick. Camping in Washington is such an enjoyable thing to do. This is beyond doubt a pleasant campground. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Echo Valley, and a lake nearby is Jameson Lake. Jack's Resort gets very little rainfall; the wettest month of the year is commonly December, that's the one that snows the most, and the driest of the months is July. When was the last time you went for a camping trip? Jack's Resort in Washington is a delightful place to go. Don't leave Jack's Resort without stopping by Bridgeport State Park, and there are plenty of people from Mansfield here. There's   more to do near Jack's Resort other than just hanging out such as swimming, whitewater paddling, and fishing, so you won’t run out of things to do. Near Jack's Resort you come across delightful locations like Sulphur Canyon. The people who look after the campground and a great variety of amusing things attract folks from near and far. Lake Lenore Caves State Park is worth checking out if you're at Jack's Resort, and whitewater paddling is great on Chelan River. Some people stay here for the purpose of being next to Lake Lenore Caves State Park. Summertime at Jack's Resort comes with high temperatures in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Jack's Resort. Jack's Resort is a very popular campground with residents of Mansfield.
