| Esswine wouldn’t be complete without a visit to nearby Mukilteo State Park, and whitewater paddling is tremendous on Pilchuck Creek. On a brilliant day it's a brilliant idea to spend the day at Sunset Beach, and you'll meet a lot of people from Mountlake Terrace here. Don't leave Esswine without popping by Saint Edwards State Park; there are other sites here than Esswine, for example Lake Serene. At Ballinger Lake Outlet Dam next to Esswine there are some out of the ordinary things to see, and if you want to hit the beach, Matthews Beach is nearby. | |

Esswine is a very popular old favorite campground among the folks of Mountlake Terrace. Can't wait to raise that tent of yours; Esswine in Washington is a great choice. The nice pick of local attractions, and such a nice variety of outdoors recreation will make you pleased
you came. Several folks stay at this campground for the purpose of being right next door to Saint Edwards State Park. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a wonderful time here at Esswine. In case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Duwamish River; don't forget to take a pleasant little spree to Hall Creek.
