  Alright, you've been cooped up for too much time, time to get out, and Columbus Park in Washington is a pleasant place to go. Columbus Park is fantastically well liked by the people from Olympia.     close to Columbus Park is too good to leave out. Lakes are fine; Black Lake is a lake that's in close proximity to Columbus Park. There's so much to do at Columbus Park including whitewater paddling, fishing, playing golf, and swimming, so you won’t get bored.

to enjoy all the enjoyable things in the Olympic Mountains. Dempsey Creek is close to Columbus Park and is always a bliss to explore, and Tumwater Valley Municipal Golf Course is a golf course close by. A visit to Columbus Park wouldn’t be complete without a journey to nearby Millersylvania State Park, and a range like the Black Hills is always scenic. This is such a fun location for a campground. There's whitewater on Cedar Creek for all you adrenaline people; at Columbus Park you always meet someone from Olympia.
Going for a weekend of camping here in Washington
 
is something you must do. Columbus Park is a wet site that gets a great deal of precipitation; through the month of December you get the most rain around here; the driest of the months is July.
Many people pick Columbus Park for the purpose of being near Millersylvania State Park. You can run the rapids of Chehalis River close to Columbus Park; the vista of beautiful Black Hills is wonderful.
Columbus Park is one of the locations to camp here in the Olympic Mountains. This campground is a picturesque location to check out. For you golfers we recommend nearby Delphi Golf Course. All the pleasant local attractions close at hand and such a pleasant variety of outdoors recreation will make you glad you came.
High temperatures at Columbus Park through the summer months are in the 70's, and the overnight is a little colder of course, ordinarily in the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are regularly in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Columbus Park are in the 30's. The personnel that controls this campground and the competently maintained facilities have loads of people coming here.
