| | For the period of the warmest time of the year here at Bumping Lake, high temperatures commonly reach the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 40's. Highs through the winter are ordinarily in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Bumping Lake. Going camping for a couple of days here in Washington is something you have to do. Bumping Lake is a reasonably wet place mostly with a good deal of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is January, and July is when it's the driest. Coming to this campground is always a good |
idea. Go for a hike on the American Ridge Trail; a journey to Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest revitalizes the soul. As if Bumping Lake wasn't sufficient, you can also go hiking, swimming, fishing, and whitewater paddling, so running out of amusing stuff to do won’t happen.
| This campground is so wonderful. Paddling on Bumping River is so much fun, and nearby you hit upon the Goose Prairie Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail. The caring ambiance and the splendid large quantity of fun activities attract people from near and far. You've been indoors for too much time, you have to get out; Bumping Lake in Washington is the outdoors at its finest. Range will keep you coming back over and over. Head up to White Pass and strap some skis to your feet, and American River has a great whitewater paddling spot close by. The Northern Cascade Range scenery is always wonderful. So many entertaining things to do at Bumping Lake, so
little time. There's fine hiking along the Pear Butte Trail; soar down the rapids of American River in a kayak. So much exciting stuff in close proximity to Bumping Lake; when you are here for a while you will feel completely regenerated. Don't leave Bumping Lake without first
going for a hike along the Richmond Mine Trail, of course you could also explore Granite Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. Yeah, come up here to the Northern Cascade Range for a nice time. Going for a hike on the Bismarck Trail is always a wonderful adventure, and Lake
Easton State Park is a magnificent spot to go. It's a good idea to stop at Deep Creek, it's near Bumping Lake, and why not stop by Bumping Lake Dam while you're here.
