| | Through the warm months at Beaver Campground temperatures are generally in the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. Highs through the wintertime are regularly in the 40's, and overnight lows at Beaver Campground through the winter frequently sink into the 30's. Stud Log Pond Dam is worth going to while you're here, and if you're a golfer then a pleasant close by course is Maple Grove RV Resort & Golf Course. This is such a delightful campground. The wonderful folks of Randle like to hang out nearby, and there's good hiking along the Big Creek Trail. such a pretty campground. Beaver Campground is right by the Davis Mountain Trail, and popping by Mount Rainier National Park is just something you need to do if you haven't yet. Yellowjacket Creek has a great whitewater paddling spot close by; needless to say Surrey Creek flows
through this region. Gifford Pinchot National Forest is a tremendous spot to go if you're at Beaver Campground. Now, you may think that's a load but there's even more exciting things to do here in the Northern Cascade Range. If you don't mind getting drenched, you can always
go whitewater paddling on Cispus River; the Pompey Peak Trail offers hiking at its best. The high level of rainfall makes Beaver Campground a reasonably wet spot; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Beaver Campground
is a very popular campground with folks from Randle. Whohoo, so many cool things in one place! The Northern Cascade Range rocks! Don't leave Beaver Campground without first going for a hike along the Silver Creek Trail, and needless to say, this is a magnificent region for people
who like lakes, Gibbs Lake is a lake close at hand. This is no location for people who don’t like to have a good time. There are fine places to look at along the Purcell Mountain Trail, and a pleasant place for whitewater paddling is Silver Creek.
