Some of the things you can do here at Wilderness Presidential Resort are hiking, fishing, swimming, and whitewater paddling, so perhaps you want to stay a bit. The people who look after the campground and the prettiness of the location are a tremendous draw for lots of folks. This campground is so     pretty. The Jackson Trail offers hiking at its best, and you can run the rapids of Rapidan River. Hazel Grove Lake Dam is an exciting thing to check out, and Wilderness Presidential Resort is not the only location close by, Hazel Grove Lake is a close by lake. A quick visit to Spring Creek close to Wilderness Presidential Resort is a great idea; Lake Anna State Park is a magnificent place to stretch your legs a bit. The tremendous local attractions and so much to do are splendid incentives to come. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot. Visiting Prince William Forest Park is just something you need to do if you haven't yet, and Purse State Park is a pretty place any time of year. There's no way to run out of exciting things to do in close proximity to Wilderness Presidential Resort; when you're here you're always   having a perfect time. You'll meet a lot of folks from Richardsville here, and a splendid spot for whitewater paddling is Rappahannock River. At Wilderness Presidential Resort all through the summer highs are in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
