There are some great whitewater spots on Big Reed Island Creek; you can have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Fire Trail. The high level of precipitation makes Utt's Campground a relatively wet place; through the month of May you get the most rain around here; January is when it's the driest. Such a brilliant choice of attractions and the brilliant variety of outdoors recreation are guaranteed to keep you coming back many times.

like golf, you can visit Skyland Lakes Golf Club, and on a wonderful day you obtain a tremendous panorama of Harris Mountain from Utt's Campground. So much amusing stuff to do here in the Blue Ridge Mountains, too pleasant to be true. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but
| if it's for you then we recommend Big Reed Island Creek; hiking along the Run Trail is tremendous fun. There's whitewater on Little Reed Island Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and Claytor Lake State Park is a pleasant spot.
There's more to do right next door to Utt's Campground other than just hanging out such as hiking, whitewater paddling, and playing golf, so you won’t get bored. Summertime at Utt's Campground comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer
temperatures sink down into the 50's. Through the winter the highs are frequently in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Utt's Campground descend into the 20's. All the merry people and all the exciting things to do makes the journey here worthwhile.
This is such a fun spot for a campground. Yankee Branch is a tremendous local stream, and naturally, everyone loves Pilot Mountain State Park.
There's no way to run out of exciting things to do right next door to Utt's Campground; it is a fun location for young and old. This campground is a scenic spot to go to.
Utt's Campground is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Virginia is a nice outdoors state.
