time in the Blue Ridge Mountains is uncomplicated. Get dripping wet paddling on Passage Creek, and let's not forget Leach Run which is a stream that you may run into while here.
Shenandoah River State Park is a good place of normal rainfall; the month with most of the rain is July, and the driest month is January.
