A tremendous spot for whitewater paddling in close proximity to Shenandoah Hills Campground is Robinson River, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Staunton River Trail. Visiting Shenandoah National Park is just something you need to do if you haven't yet, and there is a great hiking trail nearby called the Rose River Trail.

This campground is a stunning location to take a look at. Going for a hike on the Ridge Trail is always a glorious adventure, and you can run the rapids of Rapidan River.
