| | | and operated campground located just 7. 2 miles north of Abingdon, VA on the pristine North Fork of the Holston River.
It is family owned and operated. The owner Stephen Loggans has made this a great place for families. It is open April 1st to November 1st. and love to catch small mouth bass, red eye, and the occasional trout, or catfish. This is a great fishing spot.
During the Summer, May 1st - Oct. 1st, there is almost always something fun going on, on the weekends. Some of the great things planned are Bingo, Karaoke, a Cake walk, and much more.

AMENITIES Tent camping is available - There are 38 Water, and Electric Hook-up sites available. Pop-up camping is also available: 22 Water, and 30amp Electric Hook-up sites . RV hookups are available - There are 98 Water, 30amp Electric, and Sewer Hook-up sites available. No 50amp available! Pets are allowed - They need to be picked up after, don't make excessive noise, and are not aggressive. Campfires are allowed - All site have a fire ring on them Grocery store nearby - About 5 min. drive from the campground Pool - Open from Memorial weekend - Labor Day weekend Game Room Fishing Playground No Cabins Showers Store - Small, stocked with niceties, Ice cream, snakes, and sodas. Riverside Campground Site Rental Rates For 2010 Tent Site with Water, 15amp Electric: Regular Rate = $25. 00 per-night AAA Discount Rate = $22. 50 per-night Maximum of 2 tents per-site Maximum of 14 nights stay on all river sites
Pop-up, Van Camper, and Truck Camper Site with Water and 30amp Electric: Regular Rate = $30. 00 per-night AAA Discount Rate = $27. 00 per-night
Full Hook-up Site with Water, 30amp Electric, and Sewer: Regular Rate = $35. 00 per-night AAA Discount Rate = $31. 50 per-night Additional Air conditioner add $5. 00 per-night One additional tent on site is permitted at the rate of $5. 00 per-night
All rates include the price for 4 people 8 years old and older. For any additional people, up to a maximum of 6 people 8 years old and older, there is a $5. 00 per-night fee.
2 cars are allowed per-site, for any additional cars there is a $5. 00 fee and they MUST be parked in overflow parking.
Weekly rates are available for all camp sites. You pay for 6 nights and get the 7th night free. - Tent Sites = $150. 00 per-week - Pop-up, Van Camper, and Truck Camper Sites = $180. 00 per-week - Full Hook-up sites = $210. 00 per-week
Monthly rates are only available on full hook-up sites. The rate for a monthly site is $17. 50 per-night for 30 nights. Full monthly payment for all 30 nights is due at time of check in. $17. 50 per-night for 30 nights = $525. 00
ALL VISITORS MUST REGISTER IN OFFICE! There is a $5. 00 fee for all visitors 8 years old and older. All visitors must park in overflow parking!
