This campground has so many fun things to offer. Going for a hike on the Scothorn Gap Trail is always a fine adventure; there is a great hiking trail nearby called the Story Book Trail. Rancho Campgrounds is in close proximity to Lost River State Park which is a striking location, and Rancho Campgrounds is not far at all from New Market. Rancho Campgrounds gets a normal amount of rain; most of the rain falls all through May, and January is the month with the least
moisture. When you're here at Rancho Campgrounds it's always fun to pop by Shenandoah River Andy Guest State Park, and great hiking is available along the Duncan Hollow Trail. During the summertime months, highs regularly are in the 80's at Rancho Campgrounds. When the night
