Freestone Point is right next door to Leesylvania State Park and is a pleasant spot to check out; get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Quantico Creek.

you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and if you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Quantico Creek - South Branch. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Leesylvania State Park; Burnt Pine Trail is a nice local trail, and if you get bored
| of Leesylvania State Park you could also stop at close by Marumsco Acres Lake.
Quite a lot of fun stuff to do in close proximity to Leesylvania State Park, and being here is always fun. Do pay a visit to Prince William Forest Park since you're here at Leesylvania State Park, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Maiden Fair Trail.

While you're here at Leesylvania State Park you can play some golf at The Ospreys Golf Club Belmont Bay; don't leave without going to Leesylvania State Park.

From a precipitation point of view Leesylvania State Park is a pretty normal spot; through May this area sees the
most rain, and January on the other hand is the driest. During the summer months, highs typically are in the 80's at Leesylvania State Park. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 60's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Leesylvania State Park.
