| places to explore along the The Crossing Trail; if you're here you can play some golf at Pohick Bay Golf Course. Quite a lot of cool stuff to do in the neighborhood of Leesylvania State Park; it is a very wonderful campground.
Near Leesylvania State Park you hit upon the Burnt Pine Trail which is a nice hiking trail, and near Leesylvania State Park you discover a golf course called The Ospreys Golf Club Belmont Bay. If you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Pohick Creek, and why not a little side trip to Neabsco Creek.

The workforce that controls this campground and the nice multitude of fun activities have many people coming here. The annual rainfall here at Leesylvania State Park is about average; the wettest month of the year is generally May, that's the one that rains the most while January
is the month with the least amount of precipitation.

is a pleasant place to explore.
Some of the things you can do here at Leesylvania State Park are playing golf, hiking, and whitewater paddling, so running out of cool stuff to do won’t happen. The good selection of local attractions, and the good variety of outdoors recreation
are fine motives to come. Whitewater paddling is great on Quantico Creek - South Branch, and the cheerful people of Occoquan like to hang out nearby.
Going for a hike on the Maiden Fair Trail is always a tremendous adventure, and Wolf Trap Farm Park is a very perfect spot to pop by. As long as you have a thing about the outdoors you will have a thing about Virginia.
