This is really a delightful campground. If you're interested in cool geologic highlights, try Mud Folly Bend, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Rappahannock River.
There's good hiking along the Mansion Trail; the sights at Prince William Forest Park will blow your mind. A visit to Virginia is not complete without some camping. Four winds Golf and Camping Club is a relatively wet place mostly with much precipitation; July is when you get the
most rain here, and February is the month with the least moisture.
Don't leave Four winds Golf and Camping Club without first going for a hike along the Wilderness Trail. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Four winds Golf and Camping Club. For the duration
of the moonlight hours it's typically in the 60's.
