Be careful coming to Sugarhouse Campground, you might not ever wanna go back home again. Get your pulse rate up on the good whitewater of West River. Yep, outdoors fun stuff truly is bountiful here in the Green Mountains. People from Plymouth love to come to Sugarhouse Campground, and Moore Pond Upper Dam is not far at all     from Sugarhouse Campground. This campground is so pretty. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Black River, and there is a brilliant hiking trail close by called the Circle Trail. If you want a magnificent time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Green Mountains. Going for a hike along the Juggernaut Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and Okemo Valley Golf Club is a golf course nearby. Sugarhouse Campground is located in the Green Mountains. So many local attractions and the good variety of outdoors recreation are great motives to come. Going to Gifford Woods State Park close to Sugarhouse Campground is a tremendous thing to do; there's whitewater on Mill River for all you thrill seekers. A journey to Silver Lake State Park when you're here   at Sugarhouse Campground is never a bad idea, and going for a hike on the Canty Trail is always a great adventure. Several folks stay at this campground when they come to visit Gifford Woods State Park. On a good day at Sugarhouse Campground you can take a hike along the Bucklin Trail, and you get a nice vista of Soltudus Mountain from here.
