Brookside Camping, Vermont   Brookside Camping is a popular spot with folks in Putney. Go for a hike on the Sunset Trail; Brookside Camping is close to Jamaica State Park which is a pretty place. This is such a tremendous campground. Famous Vermont welcome and all the cool stuff makes the tour here worthwhile. This campground is so tremendous. There are some nice whitewater spots on West River, and Fort Dummer State Park is both fine and lovely. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Saxton's River, and this is a popular place for folks from Putney.     The brilliant variety of local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are glorious motives to come. Brookside Camping is a wet place that gets a great deal of rainfall; most of the rain falls all through August, and February meanwhile is the driest month. With so much to do in Vermont you'll never get bored. High temperatures at Brookside Camping through the months of summer are in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. Highs through the winter are generally in the 20's while Brookside Camping nighttime low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 0's. Get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Rock River, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Hamilton Falls Trail. If you have a thing about the outdoors, you won’t be saddened; there's hiking, and whitewater paddling, so you won’t   run out of things to do. Going for a hike on the Sunrise Trail is always a glorious adventure; hiking is a popular thing to do around Brookside Camping; Overlook Trail is a great local trail. Just can't get enough of Brookside Camping. Good hiking is available along the Railroad Bed Trail, and the snow is great at Living Memorial Park.
