The 6-mile-from-start-to-finish Route 100A to Putney section is a grade III-V+ section of whitewater on Adamson River - West Branch. You are likely to get wet whitewater paddling this segment of Adamson River - West Branch, so you should be set for that. For your safety you must always check current conditions in advance of going whitewater paddling. Do stop by Indian Pond next to Brookside Camping, it's a scenic lake, and a tour to a close by bowling alley like Springfield Bowl is always fun. Jamaica State Park  
is a pleasant place to explore, and if the weather is pleasant, you can go for a hike along the Sunset Trail. This is such a splendid campground.
