| Community gets very little precipitation; the month of April is the wettest with most of the rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Loads of folks camp here in order to be close to Jordan River State Park.
There's so many things to do at Vip Presidential Community including swimming, fishing, whitewater paddling, playing golf, and hiking, so you won’t get bored.

Playing golf is lots of fun at University Golf Course, and you can hit the slopes at Snowbird in the neighborhood. Can't wait to set
up that camp site; Vip Presidential Community in Utah is such a magnificent spot. Through the months of summer highs here at Vip Presidential Community get into the 90's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's while Vip Presidential Community overnight low temperatures during the winter are in the 10's.
