Monument is recommended. High temperatures at Valley View RV Park during the summertime months are in the 90's, and the night is fairly colder of course, commonly in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 40's, and night lows in the 20's for Valley View RV Park. Places like Quail Creek State Park are pleasant to check out, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Oak Grove Trail.
