| | Storm Mountain is an old favorite with campers from North Salt Lake. City Creek flows through this region, and Jordan River State Park is a pleasant site to have a look at on a delightful day. The personnel of this great campground and the very capably controlled facilities are cause enough to come here. Having a great time at Storm Mountain is simple. This Is The Place State Park is both pleasant and beautiful, and it's next to Storm Mountain; a golf course close by is University Golf Course.

golf, swimming, whitewater paddling, and hiking, so almost certainly you want to stick around for a while. City Creek Canyon is a glorious place to discover, and going for a hike along the Lake Desolation Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood.
Storm
| Mountain is usually a reasonably arid location; during the month of April you get the most rain around here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Gotta ski! Snowbird is a great place to do that; for you golfers we recommend nearby Forest Dale Golf Course.
If time allows, Mormon Pioneer National Historic Trail is a national park worth taking a look at, and there are some delightful whitewater spots on Little Cottonwood Creek. All the outdoors entertaining stuff close to Storm Mountain will keep you coming back time and again. You'll | |

come across a picturesque lake called Morris Reservoir near Storm Mountain, and the good people of North Salt Lake like to hang out nearby.
At Storm Mountain all through the warmest time of the year highs are in the 90's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's.
For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's with temperatures at Storm Mountain dipping down into the 10's all through winter nights. Many people stay here to be in close proximity to California National Historic Trail. If you've got cabin fever from too much time inside,
No need to worry; Storm Mountain in Utah is a really great place to spend some time.
This campground has so much. If the weather is wonderful, you get a magnificent sight of Ensign Peak from Storm Mountain, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then,
we recommend Big Cottonwood Creek. An afternoon playing golf at Old Mill Golf Course is always a joy, and there's whitewater on Jordan River for all you adrenaline rush seekers. In Utah you never run out of outdoors fun things.
So many local attractions and all the outdoors
recreation are good causes to come.
A lot of fun is at this campground. California National Historic Trail is a brilliant local destination here at Storm Mountain, and hiking along the The Sheep Trail is glorious fun. It's out of the question to run out of fun things to do near Storm Mountain; you always have a great time when you're here.
