| | Some of the things you can do here at Rock Canyon are playing golf, hiking, and whitewater paddling, so you won’t run out of things to do. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Rock Canyon; Indian Trail is a good local trail, and a golf course close by is East Bay Golf Course. This campground is so wonderful. Float down the rapids of Big Cottonwood Creek in a kayak. Paddling on Spanish Fork is so much fun, and you without doubt have to stop by Deer Creek State Park if you're here.

Provo River has a tremendous whitewater paddling spot nearby, and Timpanogos Cave
| National Monument is a tremendous location nearby. The welcoming reception and the satisfactorily managed operations are in themselves reason enough to come here. Having a brilliant time at Rock Canyon is easy. A trip to Utah Lake State Park when you're here at Rock Canyon is never a bad idea, and while you're here, do take a journey to Provo Bay.

Rock Canyon is prized by campers from Orem. Several people stay at this campground when they come to have a look at Utah Lake State Park.
A day on the slopes of Sundance is just what you need, and there are plenty of people from Provo-Orem here. The great local
attractions and the great variety of outdoors recreation will positively have you coming back again and again.
Utah is a splendid place for campers. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Rock Canyon, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Rock Canyon temperatures plunge to the 10's.
