| | Utah has loads of outdoors activities. Cedar Breaks National Monument is a nice national park, and the summit of P Hill can be distinguished from Pit Stop. Pit Stop is near Parowan Canyon which is certainly worth stopping at; the skiing at Brian Head is great.
Here at Pit Stop there are plenty of people from Parowan, and you can go for a hike on the Rattlesnake Creek Trail. All the great local attractions in the vicinity and all the outdoors recreation are great reasons to come.

That right there is heaps already, but it keeps on going; Pit Stop has it all. Good hiking is available along the Rattlesnake Trail; don't leave without visiting Minersville
| State Park. Time to get out and breathe some fresh air, you've gotta get out; Pit Stop in Utah is just what you need. Pit Stop is an old favorite with the people from Parowan.
All through the warmest time of the year, highs frequently are in the 90's at Pit Stop; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. For the period of the winter the highs are regularly in the 30's, and overnight lows at Pit Stop during the winter mostly dip into the 10's. A lot of fun is at this campground. and Grass Valley is a magnificent spot to check out. Don't leave Pit Stop without first going for a hike along the Alpine Pond Trail.
There is so much cool stuff to do close to Pit Stop; what a nice location for camping it is. Pit Stop is ordinarily a pretty arid site; during August this area sees the most rain while June is frequently the driest month.
