| | Wow what a neat place! Very user friendly. Fishing was good in the early AM and late PM. Clean. There is a nice place for kids to swim at the biggest lake. I was imprested. Says Mike N.
Don't leave Payson Lakes without first going for a hike along the Mount Timpanogos Trail, and don't forget to take a great little visit to Big Dry Creek. The obliging operators of the campground and the good facilities will make you feel glorious. A visit to Utah is not complete without some camping.

fantastic. There are plenty of people from Provo-Orem here at Payson Lakes, and since you're here you can play some golf at East Bay Golf Course. Head up to Sundance and strap some skis to your feet; visiting Timpanogos Cave National Monument is just something you need to do if
| you haven't yet. Some of the things you can do here at Payson Lakes are playing golf, whitewater paddling, and hiking, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen.
Scores of people stay at this campground in order to be near Utah Lake State Park.
This is such a wonderful campground. Utah Lake State Park is a perfect place to go if you're at Payson Lakes, and if you come at the right time of year, Spanish Fork offers some good whitewater. This is such a picturesque campground. Go for a hike on the Indian Trail.

rapids of Provo River in a kayak; Provo Bay is very near and is a tremendous site to take a look at. There is so much fun stuff to do in the neighborhood of Payson Lakes, and if you're seeking a magnificent spot to go for a camping trip, this is a good selection.
There are
some fine whitewater spots on Big Cottonwood Creek, and Deer Creek State Park is worth a visit. It is very waterless here at Payson Lakes commonly; April is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is July. If spending too much time indoors got you down,
