| | Wow what a neat place! Very user friendly. Fishing was good in the early AM and late PM. Clean. There is a nice place for kids to swim at the biggest lake. I was imprested. Says Mike N.
The folks who look after the campground and the admirably taken care of facilities attract people from near and far. High temperatures at Payson Lakes during the warm days of summer are in the 80's while nighttime lows are generally in the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's, and night lows at Payson Lakes throughout the wintertime generally |
drop into the 10's. Visiting Timpanogos Cave National Monument is just something you need to do if you haven't yet; there are plenty of folks from Provo-Orem here.
Payson Lakes is very well liked by the folks of Orem. This campground is a gorgeous place to go to. Deer Creek
| State Park is both good and charming, and it's in close proximity to Payson Lakes, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Sundance. Whitewater paddling is splendid on Provo River; Utah Lake State Park is a magnificent spot to go to on a delightful day.
At Payson Lakes you don’t see much rain; April is when you get the most rain here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. At Payson Lakes exciting stuff to do is bountiful, and campgrounds like these are fine.

their spree to Utah Lake State Park. As long as you fancy the outdoors you will fancy Utah. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! Payson Lakes is so good! Glide down the rapids of Big Cottonwood Creek in a kayak, and do take a hike on the Mount Timpanogos Trail.
As
if Payson Lakes wasn't enough, you can also go swimming, whitewater paddling, playing golf, fishing, and hiking, so running out of entertaining stuff to do won’t happen. This is such a fun place for a campground. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Indian Trail; not far from
Payson Lakes you'll hit upon U S Steel Corporation Reservoir which is a scenic lake.
You should stop by Provo Bay when you're here at Payson Lakes; don't forget to take a great little spree to Big Dry Creek. If you're a golfer then a glorious nearby course is East Bay Golf
Course, and get wet paddling on Spanish Fork. The nice pick of local attractions, and so much stuff to do are splendid incentives to come.
