| | Utah is a good place for campers. There's so many things to do near Panguitch Lake, and you always have a good time when you're here. There is a great hiking trail right next door to Panguitch Lake called the Alpine Pond Trail; almost certainly you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Greens Lake Retarding Basin Number Four is just a very short distance away. The positive ambiance and all the entertaining things to do makes the trip here worthwhile.

Panguitch Lake is incredibly popular with visitors from Cedar City. Going for a hike along the Rattlesnake Creek Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and Brian Head has great slopes and a friendly staff.

| | time of the year at Panguitch Lake highs are commonly in the 90's; all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs throughout the winter are ordinarily in the 40's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Panguitch Lake temperatures fall to the 10's. Cedar Ridge Golf Course is a nice golf course close by, and the trees of The Cottonwoods are a great source of shade on hot summer days. Get your heart pumping on the wonderful whitewater of Virgin River - North Fork, and since you're here you can take a hike along the La Verkin Creek Trail. This is really a glorious campground. If time allows, Cedar Breaks National Monument is a national
park worth checking out, and close by you stumble on the Hop Valley Trail which is a great hiking trail. Man, is there loads of fun stuff to do near Panguitch Lake. If you're visiting Panguitch Lake from Cedar City, you won't be the only one, and on a delightful day you can take
a hike along the Kolob Arch Trail.
So many local attractions and the nearby outdoors recreation are sure to keep you coming back repeatedly. Ok, it's the right time to go camping, don't you think? Panguitch Lake in Utah is the outdoors at its greatest. A lot of folks stay at
this campground for the purpose of being in close proximity to Cedar Breaks National Monument.
Panguitch Lake is pretty dehydrated frequently; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is June.
