Nizhoni - Manti-LaSal National Forest, Utah   Some activities here at Nizhoni are playing golf, whitewater paddling, and hiking, so perhaps you want to stick around for a while. Float down the rapids of Cottonwood Creek in a kayak, and the Hole Trail offers hiking at its best. The caring reception and a lot of fun stuff to do are a wonderful attraction for a lot of people. For you golfers we recommend nearby Millsite Golf Course; you can go for a hike on the Blue Dugway. This campground is so pleasant. Nizhoni is in close proximity to Ferron Debris Basin Number Five Dam which is a pretty place     definitely worth checking out, and there's glorious hiking along the Blue Trail. Going to Millsite State Park in close proximity to Nizhoni is a good thing to do, and paddling on Ferron Creek is so much fun. It is very waterless here at Nizhoni typically; most of the rain falls through August, and the driest month of the year is April. Nizhoni is a very well prized campground by the residents of Ferron. Such a wonderful pick of attractions and such a wonderful variety of outdoors recreation will positively have you coming back again and again. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Huntington Creek. A journey to Indian Hollow is always fun; Nizhoni is right by the Gunnison Trail. Any time is a tremendous time at Nizhoni if you fancy the outdoors. A tour to Manti-LaSal National Forest when you're here at Nizhoni is never   a bad idea, and magnificent hiking is available along the Dry Wash Trail. So much enjoyable stuff near Nizhoni; it is one of lots of perfect campgrounds in this region. Some people pick this campground in order to be next to Millsite State Park. This is such a pleasant campground. At Nizhoni you always meet someone from Ferron, and you must positively dedicate some time to Herring Flat while you're here at Nizhoni. If you are in Utah all through camping season, you should go camping. Summer at Nizhoni comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Nizhoni.
