Nizhoni - Manti-LaSal National Forest, Utah

It's really unhealthy to spend all your time indoors; you've got to get out of the house every so often; Nizhoni in Utah is such a good place. Around Nizhoni you don’t get a lot of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is August, and April on the other hand is the driest. The Hole Trail is a splendid hiking trail in the neighborhood of Nizhoni, and in case you don’t mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cottonwood Creek.

Herring Flat is right here at Nizhoni, and Indian Hollow is another delightful place to go to nearby. This place, Nizhoni, it just has so much outdoors amusing stuff. Going for a hike along the Blue Dugway will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood;
Manti-LaSal National Forest is a wonderful location any time of year. Millsite State Park is a glorious site to stretch your legs a bit, and a great place for whitewater paddling is Ferron Creek.
But wait, there's more to do close to Nizhoni. This campground is always a pleasure.
While you're here at Nizhoni you can take a hike along the Dry Wash Trail, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Ferron here.
Throughout the months of summer, highs generally are in the 80's at Nizhoni with overnight lows in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the
30's while the cold winter nights at Nizhoni are in the 10's.
This is such a delightful campground. Not far from Nizhoni, you'll find Indian Hollow Debris Basin Reservoir which is a striking lake, and whitewater paddling is good on Huntington Creek.
