Moosehorn - Wasatch-Cache National Forest, Utah

| | Some folks stay here in order to be near California National Historic Trail. Get drenched paddling on Jordan River; nearby you stumble on City Creek Canyon which is a magnificent place to have a look at. Moosehorn is a top pick with folks in North Salt Lake.

Not much precipitation falls here at Moosehorn; April is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is July.
At Moosehorn exciting stuff to do is abundant; spending
| time at this campground is extremely enjoyable. The people who take care of the campground and all the entertaining things have loads of people coming here. If you go for the outdoors, you won’t be disenchanted; there's swimming, hiking, fishing, playing golf, and whitewater paddling, so perhaps you want to stay a bit.
This campground is always a bliss. If you're here at Moosehorn and you like golf, you can go to Forest Dale Golf Course, and at Moosehorn you can spot Ensign Peak.

summer, highs typically are in the 90's at Moosehorn. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Moosehorn.
So much enjoyable stuff to do at Moosehorn, so
little time. This Is The Place State Park is a pleasant location to go if you're at Moosehorn, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by nearby Morris Reservoir. This is such a fun site for a campground. Whitewater paddling is glorious on Little Cottonwood
Creek, and do take a hike on the Lake Desolation Trail. California National Historic Trail is one of the destinations near Moosehorn that are wonderful to go to, and while you're here you can play some golf at Old Mill Golf Course.
Don't miss out on a spree to Mormon Pioneer
National Historic Trail while you're here at Moosehorn; there are plenty of folks from North Salt Lake here at Moosehorn. Why not take a refreshing hike along the The Sheep Trail; paddling on Big Cottonwood Creek is so much fun.
