| | Loads of folks stay at Monte Cristo during their trip to California National Historic Trail. There's plenty of outdoors recreation available around here such as swimming, playing golf, hiking, fishing, and whitewater paddling, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen.
Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Little Cottonwood Creek, and why not head up to Snowbird and strap some skis to your feet. Monte Cristo is commonly a quite dried up site; the month of April is the wettest with most of the |
rain; the driest month is July. So many amusing things near Monte Cristo; when you have spent some time here you will feel completely regenerated.
This campground is so good. Monte Cristo is a location with many visitors from North Salt Lake, and golf can be played at Old Mill
| Golf Course. So much enjoyable stuff to do here at Monte Cristo, too brilliant to be true. Visit City Creek while you're here at Monte Cristo, and for you golfers we recommend close by University Golf Course. All through the warm days of summer highs here at Monte Cristo reach the 90's; all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Monte Cristo.

National Historic Trail is recommended. Good hiking is available along the Lake Desolation Trail; if you're a golfer then a good close by course is Forest Dale Golf Course.

City Creek Canyon is in the neighborhood of Monte Cristo and is unquestionably a fine place to have a look at, and when you're here it's always fun to go to This Is The Place State Park. We all ought to go for a camping trip every now and
then; Monte Cristo in Utah is just the place. Yeah, come here to Monte Cristo for a good time. Monte Cristo is close to Jordan River State Park which is a scenic place; dropping by California National Historic Trail is just something you need to do if you haven't yet.
Get your
heart beating on the tremendous whitewater of Big Cottonwood Creek; don't leave Monte Cristo without first going for a hike along the The Sheep Trail.
The surroundings of this campground have such a great deal of things to offer. You can run the rapids of Jordan River near Monte Cristo, and Ensign Peak is clearly visible from Monte Cristo. Going for a camping trip here in Utah is something you must do.
