The Red Rock Nature Trail is a pleasant hiking trail close to Mile High Park; Mile High Park is in close proximity to Red Fleet State Park which is a beautiful place. | Mountains for a tremendous time. There's whitewater on Green River for all you adrenaline kick people, and close by you locate the Uinta Highline Trail which is a wonderful hiking trail. The delightful local attractions and such a delightful variety of outdoors recreation will make you happy you came. is both great and beautiful. The welcoming reception and all the cool things to do have scores of folks coming here. Mile High Park is an old favorite with folks of Vernal. This is such a fun site for a campground. You can run the rapids of White River next to Mile High Park,
and Mile High Park is not far at all from Vernal. Be careful coming to the Uinta Mountains, you might not ever want to go back home again. There's loads of outdoors recreation available close by such as whitewater paddling, fishing, playing golf, swimming, and hiking, so it's
not possible to get bored. Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Mile High Park, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Mile High Park.
