Kings Creek - Dixie National Forest, Utah

It is very dry here at Kings Creek typically; the wettest month of the year is commonly August, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month of the year is June. This is such a beautiful campground.

Don't leave Kings Creek without first going for a hike along the La Verkin Creek Trail, and you can never get enough of the good skiing at Brian Head. at Kings Creek temperatures dip to the 10's.
If you're dropping by Kings Creek from Cedar City, you won't be the only one, and soar down the rapids of Virgin River - North Fork in a kayak. Go for a hike on the Rattlesnake Creek Trail; there's a great forest called The Cottonwoods.
Here at Kings Creek you can see The Knoll; if you have time to spare, Cedar Breaks National Monument is a national park worth visiting. There's glorious hiking along the Kolob Arch Trail; the Alpine Pond Trail offers hiking at its best.
Loads of folks camp here to be next to Cedar Breaks National Monument. So many local attractions and the close by outdoors recreation will undeniably have you coming back many times.
