| | This is beyond doubt a fine campground. Everybody loves Deer Creek State Park, and close by you hit upon the Indian Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail. High Country Inn is loved by folks of Midway. Loads of folks stay here to be near Deer Creek State Park.
If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Wasatch Range. Going for a hike on the Union Pacific Rail Trail is always a wonderful adventure, and the vistas at Timpanogos Cave National Monument will blow your mind. The great folks who manage this spot and the prettiness of the spot |
are in themselves incentive enough to come here.
High Country Inn is a location that is pretty arid generally; April is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is July. There is a great hiking trail right next door to High Country Inn called the Lake Desolation
| Trail; you're sure to come across some friendly folks from Midway here. There's whitewater on East Canyon Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and there are some good whitewater spots on Provo River.
This location, the Wasatch Range, has so much outdoors exciting things. The skiing at Deer Valley is magnificent, and there's some flowing water nearby, Lake Creek is a stream you can take a look at while you're here. It's really not good for you to spend too much time indoors; you have to get out sometimes, and High Country Inn is a great local campground | |

This campground is so scenic. The Mount Timpanogos Trail is a fine hiking trail near High Country Inn; get yourself into a kayak and hit Provo River.
