Ferron A - Manti-LaSal National Forest, Utah   The folks who watch over the campground and a pleasant variety of amusing stuff have people coming from far and wide. All the nice local attractions in close proximity and all the outdoors recreation will make you delighted you came. Quite a lot of amusing stuff to do close to Ferron A, and what a delightful place for camping it is. A visit to Millsite State Park when you're here at Ferron A is a glorious idea, and get your heart pumping on the delightful whitewater of Cottonwood Creek. Utah is a delightful place for outdoors folks. On a glorious     day at Ferron A you can take a hike along the Blue Trail, and Indian Hollow is in close proximity, and is a good place. Coming to this campground is always a tremendous idea. Going to Manti-LaSal National Forest in the neighborhood of Ferron A is a fine thing to do, and if the weather is fine, you can go for a hike along the Dry Wash Trail. A trip to Herring Flat rejuvenates the soul; there is a perfect hiking trail close by called the Hole Trail. Through the warm months at Ferron A highs are ordinarily in the 80's, and the night is a tad colder of course, generally in the 50's. Throughout the winter the highs are usually in the 30's while Ferron A night low temperatures all through the winter are in the 10's. This campground is so picturesque. Near Ferron A you stumble on the Gunnison Trail which is a nice hiking   trail, and there's whitewater on Ferron Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers. Ferron A is a very popular old favorite campground among the folks in Ferron. You think that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Going for a hike along the Blue Dugway will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and playing golf is lots of fun at Millsite Golf Course. Do explore Ferron Debris Basin Number Five Dam since you're here at Ferron A; during your spree here you'll meet some folks from Ferron for sure. There's so much to do at Ferron A including playing golf, hiking, and whitewater paddling, so you won’t get bored. We must all go for a camping trip occasionally, and Ferron A is a delightful local campground if you happen to be in Utah. A good spot for whitewater paddling in close proximity to Ferron A is Huntington Creek. Loads of folks pick this campground to pop by nearby Millsite State Park. Ferron A is pretty waterless generally; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain; April meanwhile is the driest month.
