Through the warm days of summer, highs frequently are in the 80's at Fats Country Cafe. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's with temperatures at Fats Country Cafe dipping down into the 10's all through winter nights. There's heaps of outdoors recreation available in the vicinity such as whitewater paddling, and hiking, so most |
likely you want to stay a bit. A trip to Otter Creek State Park when you're here at Fats Country Cafe is a magnificent idea, and what would winter be without some skiing at Elk Meadows. The staff that controls this campground and the satisfactorily taken care of facilities
| are in themselves cause enough to come here. This campground is so beautiful. On a magnificent day at Fats Country Cafe you can take a hike along the Rocky Ford Trail; there's whitewater on Clear Creek for all you adrenaline junkies. Fats Country Cafe gets very little rain; during the month of March you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is June. A number of people opt for this campground in order to be close to Piute State Park. While popping by this vicinity in Utah it's a perfect idea to go for a camping trip too. | |
