| | The welcoming reception and the ably looked after facilities have folks coming from far and near. This part of Utah has a good deal of outdoors activities offered. East Canyon is a very popular campground with the people in Morgan.
There are so many cool things to do in the vicinity of East Canyon, and to be at this place is always fun. East Canyon gets very little precipitation; throughout the month of April you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is July. High temperatures at East Canyon through the summer are in the 90's. |
Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 60's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at East Canyon sink into the 10's.
All the outdoors entertaining stuff in the Wasatch Range will keep
| you coming back repeatedly. You'll stumble on a striking lake called Wilkinson Reservoir near East Canyon, and when you're here it's always fun to go to East Canyon State Park. East Canyon is not far at all from Morgan, and if you're looking for a tremendous tour, California National Historic Trail is quite near.

Park is a great spot to stretch your legs a bit, and soar down the rapids of East Canyon Creek in a kayak.
There are great spots to look at along the The Sheep Trail, and some of the water close by flows, like North Fork Deep Creek. The Wasatch Range scenery is always scenic.
Can't wait to raise that tent of yours; East Canyon in Utah is exactly what you need.
Some of the things you can do here at East Canyon are fishing, hiking, whitewater paddling, and swimming, so you won’t run out of things to do. Yeah, come up here to the Wasatch Range for
a delightful time. Really great skiing awaits you at Snowbasin, and whitewater paddling is magnificent on Ogden River - South Fork. This campground is so scenic.
Coming to this campground is always a magnificent idea. Paddling on Ogden River is so much fun; Mormon Pioneer National Historic Trail is a very great place to stop by.
