Cherry - Uinta National Forest, Wasatch Range, Utah   The helpful operators of the campground and the great facilities makes the visit here worthwhile. A good place for whitewater paddling right next door to Cherry is Big Cottonwood Creek, and if you're looking for a nice journey, California National Historic Trail is quite near. Cherry is a brilliant camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Wasatch Range. There's more to do close to Cherry other than just hanging out such as playing golf, whitewater paddling, and hiking, so running out of entertaining stuff to do won’t happen. You can run the     rapids of Spanish Fork near Cherry; East Bay Golf Course is a golf course close by. This campground is so tremendous. Deer Creek State Park is a tremendous place to explore on a gorgeous day. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the Wasatch Range has to offer. Why not take a look at close by Mill Race while you're here at Cherry, and a day on the slopes of Sundance is just what you need. Cherry is a very popular campground among campers from Provo. Outdoors people generally fancy this section of Utah. Camping out really is a pleasant thing to do; Cherry in Utah is a really nice site to spend some time. That right there is a lot already, but it continues; Cherry has it all. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Cherry; Indian Trail is a splendid local trail, and get your pulse rate up on the great   whitewater of Provo River. Not much precipitation falls here at Cherry; during April this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is July. Such a wonderful selection of attractions and such a wonderful variety of outdoors recreation will make you pleased you came. Having a great time in the Wasatch Range is simple. The Mount Timpanogos Trail offers hiking at its best, and if you're visiting from Provo, you won't be the only one.
