High temperatures at Camp VIP through the months of summer are in the 90's; the night is fairly cooler of course, regularly in the
| 50's. During the winter highs are in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Camp VIP. Not much precipitation falls here at Camp VIP; most of the rain falls through April; the driest month of the year is July.
Coming to this campground is always a delightful idea. A round of golf at nearby Old Mill Golf Course is a tremendous way to kill some time; Decker Lake is a good lake close by. This campground is a delightful spot to take a look at. Paddling on Big Cottonwood Creek is so much fun, and Jordan River State Park is worth going
to. Enjoy a round of golf at Rose Park Golf Course not far from Camp VIP, and a tour here wouldn’t be complete without a trip to nearby This Is The Place State Park. So many local attractions and the nearby outdoors recreation are guaranteed to keep you coming back over and over.
