We are just one mile in EITHER direction of the winding Guadalupe River and the sparkling Canyon Lake

We offer a countryside resort with all the facilities you need for a pleasant retreat. This select spot in the Texas Hill Country is the perfect place to getaway, relax, and have fun with family, friends or large groups. We are located just minutes from all the Texas Hill Country attractions. Open year round for your enjoyment.

Accommodations include: CABINS, RV
    SITES W/HOOKUPS AND A SEPARATE TENTING AREA. We have plenty of picnic tables; BBQ pits and secured parking for boats and recreational vehicles.

Amenities include a swimming pool, well-lighted separate men’s and women’s bathhouse with flush toilets, sinks, mirrors, plenty
of hot water for showers for your convenience. Volleyball, and horseshoe areas available.


A spree to Riverside Resort and Campgrounds wouldn’t be complete without a journey to close by Guadalupe River State Park, and there are plenty of people from Canyon Lake here at Riverside Resort and Campgrounds. Little Blanco River is a delightful whitewater spot in the neighborhood of Riverside Resort and Campgrounds; do take a hike on the Guadalupe River State Park Trail. This is such a fun spot for a campground. In case you don’t have a problem getting
 
dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Guadalupe River, and the Blanco State Park Trail offers hiking at its best. For the period of the summer at Riverside Resort and Campgrounds temperatures are usually in the 90's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 60's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Riverside Resort and Campgrounds are in the 30's.
This campground is a beautiful spot to pop by. Good hiking is available along the Old Hancock Trail, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Prospect Park Trail. There's some flowing water close by, Sorrel Creek is a stream you can go to while here, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Riverside Resort and Campgrounds; Guadalupe Park Trail is a perfect local trail.
The yearly rainfall here at Riverside Resort and Campgrounds is about average; throughout May this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is January. So much amusing stuff to do at Riverside Resort and Campgrounds, so little time. A brilliant place for whitewater paddling right next door to Riverside Resort and Campgrounds is Blanco River, and Blanco State Park is worth stopping at.
