If you're going to Oakdale Park from Glen Rose, you won't be the only one, and a tour here wouldn’t be complete without a journey to close by Dinosaur Valley State Park. The workforce     that manages this campground and the great large quantity of fun activities makes the visit here worthwhile. You assume that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Going for a hike on the Cleburne State Park Trail is always a magnificent adventure, and Paluxy River is a nice whitewater spot close by. This campground is so good. In case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on North Bosque River, and Squaw Creek Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could check out.
