In case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on North Bosque River, and Squaw Creek Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could check out. We all need to go camping for a couple of days now and then, and Oakdale Park is a good local campground if you happen to be in Texas. Texas has a lot of outdoors activities.
