Mockingbird Hill Mobile Home, Texas Custom Search   We have 89 sites, both pull thrus and backins. with full hookups on all sites. 30& 50 amp. We have 2 bath houses and a laundry room, that has 4 washers and 4 dryers. All our sites are paved with patios and picnic tables. No open campfires. Our rates are: 28.00 a night, 160.00 weekly and our monthly rate is 300.00 and 335.00 a month, with a 50.00 deposit for the electric, which you pay. Included in our rates our water, sewer and cable. We also offer wireless internet. The pull thrus sites have instant phone available. Our rates our based on 2 people,     add'l charges for more than 2 people. We allow dogs. But no chows, pit bulls or rottweiler. We have a lot of trees and have a country setting. No pool or rec hall. We have several lakes nearby. Ft Worth and Dallas for the shopping. Plus our own downtown Burleson can fill your needs. You could also go to Mountain Valley Reservoir Number 1 while you're here at Mockingbird Hill Mobile Home; it's close by; you'll meet a lot of people from Burleson here. Whitewater paddling is brilliant on Johnson Creek, and Hidden Creek Golf Course is a magnificent golf course close by. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Mockingbird Hill Mobile Home. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 70's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 50's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Mockingbird   Hill Mobile Home descend into the 30's. Mockingbird Hill Mobile Home is a good location of typical precipitation; most of the rain falls during May, and the driest of the months is January. This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun. Mockingbird Hill Mobile Home is right by the Benbrook Lake Trail, and if you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Trinity River - West Fork. Trinity River - Clear Fork is a tremendous whitewater spot near Mockingbird Hill Mobile Home; if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Southern Oaks Golf Club is nearby. Hiking along the Village Creek Historical Area Trail is wonderful fun, and Cleburne State Park is a nice place. Going for a hike along the Loyd Park Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood; needless to say, everyone loves Cedar Hill State Park.
