Nice campground. However I would hold off until all construction has been completed. Great prices and nice scenery. One problem was that probably due to construction the ants were out in force.

You're sure to come across some good folks from Onalaska here; if you're here, you could also stop at pretty Crawford Lake. Near Lakeside RV Resort and Marina you discover
the Bull Creek Trail which is a pleasant hiking trail, and a brilliant spot like Sam Houston National Forest is too pleasant to leave out. Man, is there heaps of exciting things to do close to Lakeside RV Resort and Marina. There is a perfect hiking trail close to Lakeside RV Resort
and Marina called the Double Lake Trail, and Caney Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth going to.
This is such a delightful campground. On a good day at Lakeside RV Resort and Marina you can take a hike along the Lake Livingston State Park Trail, and a trip
here wouldn’t be complete without a spree to nearby Lake Livingston State Park. The high level of rain makes Lakeside RV Resort and Marina a rather wet place; May is the wettest month with most rain while August is regularly the driest month. Throughout the months of summer highs
here at Lakeside RV Resort and Marina get into the 90's. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 70's. During the winter highs are in the 50's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Lakeside RV Resort and Marina.
