Nice campground. However I would hold off until all construction has been completed. Great prices and nice scenery. One problem was that probably due to construction the ants were out in force.

Here at Lakeside RV Resort and Marina you'll perhaps meet some folks from Onalaska, and hey, Caney Creek is a tremendous local stream. The high level of rainfall makes Lakeside
RV Resort and Marina a relatively wet site; the month with most of the rain is May, and August is when it's the driest. If you like the outdoors, you'll like Lakeside RV Resort and Marina. A trip to Sam Houston National Forest rejuvenates the spirit, and why not take a refreshing
hike along the Double Lake Trail.
This is a good campground. Lake Livingston State Park is a glorious place; hiking is a popular thing to do around Lakeside RV Resort and Marina; Lake Livingston State Park Trail is a magnificent local trail. High temperatures at Lakeside RV
Resort and Marina through the warm months are in the 90's while night lows are ordinarily in the 70's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are frequently in the 50's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Lakeside RV Resort and Marina. There are other locations here than Lakeside RV Resort and Marina, for example Crawford Lake; Lakeside RV Resort and Marina is right by the Bull Creek Trail.
