Nice campground. However I would hold off until all construction has been completed. Great prices and nice scenery. One problem was that probably due to construction the ants were out in force.

While you're here at Lakeside RV Resort and Marina you can take a hike along the Bull Creek Trail, and a tour here wouldn’t be complete without a visit to nearby Sam Houston
National Forest. You feel that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. This campground has so incredibly much. Don't leave Lakeside RV Resort and Marina without stopping by Lake Livingston State Park, and there are plenty of people from Onalaska here at Lakeside RV Resort and Marina.
Summertime highs at Lakeside RV Resort and Marina commonly tend to be in the 90's; the overnight is quite colder of course, ordinarily in the 70's. For the period of the winter highs are frequently in the 50's; through the dark hours in the wintertime at Lakeside RV Resort and

Crawford Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Double Lake Trail. Lakeside RV Resort and Marina is a wet place that gets a large amount of rain; the wettest month of the year
is frequently May, that's the one that rains the most; August is the month with the least moisture. Take a hike on the Lake Livingston State Park Trail, and some close by water includes Caney Creek.
